Product Overview

This adapter bolts to the back of your Pancake style kydex sheath, and allows you to carry your sheath with multiple belt attachment options. All the necessary mounting hardware is included. Available in 5 sizes, which cover a wide array of sheath sizes.

NOTE: When selecting "Both Belt Loops", you will receive ONE kydex adapter, with a Standard Belt Loop, and Dangler Belt Loop.

Adapter Sizing

To find the correct adapter for your sheath, locate the eyelets on your sheath in which you want to attach the adapter, and measure the distance from Center to Center of the eyelets (see image above). This measurement is for the 2 slotted mounting holes on the bottom of the kydex adapter.

Extra Small Adapter - 1.43" to 1.9" (36mm to 48mm)
Small Adapter - 1.75" to 2.25" (45mm to 57mm)
Medium Adapter - 2.06" to 2.56" (52mm to 65mm)
Large Adapter - 2.31" to 2.81" (58mm to 71mm)
Extra Large Adapter - 2.62" to 3.10" (66mm to 78mm)
 

Threadlocker is recommended for the hardware. You can purchase some here - Loctite 242 (Blue) Threadlocker

    I purchased this belt loop adapter for my Esee 5 stock kydex sheath. I disliked how high the knife handle sat in the stock sheath, but this piece of equipment causes the pommel of the knife to ride below the belt line, a much more comfortable location for both carrying and drawing the tool. Fit and finish is outstanding. The belt loop sheath adapter installs in minutes with included hardware. Get a little thread locker, and you’ll be good to go.

    Should be the standard for danglers. Rock solid components with an excellent build. I wanted to drop my Winkler below my belt and it is right at home. The kydex connection is bent to allow a full purchase on the handle, the ring is as solid as they come, and the leather loop feels like it will outlast me. Comes with all the hardware you could need and sits your knife in the perfect position for use. You really get your money's worth here.

    I purchased the belt loop sheath adapter with the dangler / or loop. It was to add on to an Architect Field Buddy I purchased for a gift to my nephew. It looks and functions perfectly giving him the option on how he wants his sheath set up.
    Shipping was quick and everything packaged nicely.

    Nice long dangler

    Perfect fit for my Esee 6 3D, I like long dangler sheaths and the long loop was perfect. Seems like high quality leather. This is how the Esee 6 sheath should come from the manufacturer.
