This adapter bolts to the back of your Pancake style kydex sheath, and allows you to carry your sheath with multiple belt attachment options. All the necessary mounting hardware is included. Available in 5 sizes, which cover a wide array of sheath sizes.

NEW Option: Biothane Standard Belt Loop (Black only). Biothane is a rubberized webbing that is durable, waterproof, and easy to clean. It is commonly used for dog leashes/collars, Equestrian gear, and other outdoor products.

Adapter Sizing

To find the correct adapter for your sheath, locate the eyelets on your sheath in which you want to attach the adapter, and measure the distance from Center to Center of the eyelets (see image above). This measurement is for the 2 slotted mounting holes on the bottom of the kydex adapter.

Extra Small Adapter - 1.43" to 1.9" (36mm to 48mm)

Small Adapter - 1.75" to 2.25" (45mm to 57mm)

Medium Adapter - 2.06" to 2.56" (52mm to 65mm)

Large Adapter - 2.31" to 2.81" (58mm to 71mm)

Extra Large Adapter - 2.62" to 3.10" (66mm to 78mm)

ESEE-4 Stock Sheath

Recently purchased this belt attachment setup for my ESEE-4 Stock Sheath that rode too high on the hip for carrying while on the trail. Came with a dangler and also a standard belt loop attachment. High quality craftsmanship and the only such product that I was able to find that fit my needs. I had to remove the stock metal belt attachment clip but used the plastic spacer from the stock sheath to properly attach the Sagewood Gear adapter. Works like a charm and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thanks Sagewood Gear! Keep up the good work.

Very nice sheaths come with gso knives, but, the sturdy belt clips they come with make the knives ride a high for my taste. These adapters are a simple high quality fix. Highly recommend.

Very well made quality sheath adapter. The small size fit the Survive GSO 4.1 kydex sheath perfectly. The universal size I drilled holes to fit the Bradford Guardian 5 kydex sheath beautifully. American made and fast shipping!
