What shipping options do you offer?
We use the US Postal Service (USPS)

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How much is shipping?
You can get a shipping cost estimate on the shopping cart page. We aim to offer the lowest cost on shipping as possible. When we offer Free shipping, the discount will automatically be applied when you reach the minimum price for the Free shipping discount.

How are the items packaged?
For small items we typically ship in padded bubble envelopes.
For large items we ship in cardboard packages.
We do our best to package up the contents well so they are not damaged in transit.

Can you ship to Hotels?
We do not ship to Hotels. We have shipped to Hotels in the past and it has been problematic.

International Customs/Duties:
If your country requires it, you may need to pay Customs Fee and/or Duties for your shipment. We will not falsify the item(s) value on shipping documents in order for you to pay less fees on your shipment. Doing so would create a liability for our company.

Shipping Delays:
If there is a delay in shipping with your package, please reach out to the shipping company for assistance.

It is a common misconception that businesses who ship goods with a shipping carrier have more tracking information than can be found on the tracking page. This is just not the case, the tracking page you see is the exact same info we have. The only source of more information on your shipment is the shipping carrier themselves.

International Shipping Delays:
If the tracking page is not showing any updates for your shipment, one tip that sometimes works is to search the tracking number in your countries mail delivery tracking website. Sometimes the host country will use the original tracking number as a reference number within their tracking system. Sometimes this packages can just be sitting in Customs, waiting to be picked up. It may be that they requires Duties to be paid in order for you to retrieve your shipment.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. Item must be in new/unused condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund will be processed upon receiving returned item. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for the order. To return a product, please Contact Us.

I received the wrong item:
Occasionally we may make a mistake with packaging your item. If you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we will make it right.
