Product Overview

This adapter bolts to the back of your Pancake style kydex sheath, and allows you to carry your sheath with multiple belt attachment options. All the necessary mounting hardware is included. Available in 5 sizes, which cover a wide array of sheath sizes.

NEW Option: Biothane Standard Belt Loop (Black only). Biothane is a rubberized webbing that is durable, waterproof, and easy to clean. It is commonly used for dog leashes/collars, Equestrian gear, and other outdoor products.

Adapter Sizing

To find the correct adapter for your sheath, locate the eyelets on your sheath in which you want to attach the adapter, and measure the distance from Center to Center of the eyelets (see image above). This measurement is for the 2 slotted mounting holes on the bottom of the kydex adapter.

Extra Small Adapter - 1.43" to 1.9" (36mm to 48mm)
Small Adapter - 1.75" to 2.25" (45mm to 57mm)
Medium Adapter - 2.06" to 2.56" (52mm to 65mm)
Large Adapter - 2.31" to 2.81" (58mm to 71mm)
Extra Large Adapter - 2.62" to 3.10" (66mm to 78mm)

    What an excellent adapter for a leather sheath. I took a previously purchased Sagewood sheath (for an ESEE knife), added the belt loop adapter, and fitted my TRC Urban Tactical perfectly to the sheath. Bonus. I now have the TRC kydex sheath and the Sagewood leather sheath to use depending on what I will be doing .

    The Medium size with the dangler attachment fit my Guardian 6 perfectly. Their description on the sizing was a tremendous help. The knife rests perfectly and no longer digs into my side when seated. I’m glad to be able to throw away my Teklok.     This is a great product, I used this to put a proper belt loop on my Knafs Large Lulu kydex sheath and Knafs regular Lulu kydex sheath. This product makes belt carry easy and it looks nice.
