Product Overview
This adapter is designed specifically for Fold Over aka Taco style kydex sheaths. The adapter bolts to the back of your sheath, and allows you to carry your sheath with multiple belt attachment options. All the necessary mounting screws and spacers are included. The slots in the adapter will accommodate up to a 1" spacing between eyelets on your kydex sheath. The leather belt loops are 1.5" wide and will accommodate up to a 2" belt. Total width of the kydex adapter is 2".

A very high quality product utilizing high quality materials. All edges are smooth and well rounded. I must say this is like a CNC made quality. It will go with an Azwelke sheath (yet to receive at the time of this review). I have done a lot of searching on internet before deciding on it. I guess I'm not wrong choosing this maker.

I ordered the adapter because of the multiple options for hanging my sheath. The quality of the materials are obvious from the hardware to the great leather. The best part about it is that it works. It hangs the sheath right where I want it and looks great doing it. Quality, functionality, & appearance. 5 stars on all of them. No regrets and would order again.
